Take pizza night to a sophisticated level with this interactive cooking class where Chef Chris will teach you how to make expertly prepared pizza dough completely from scratch.
You'll also make two unique sauces — an herby pesto and a creamy white sauce. Top your pizza with a variety of ingredients and create and indulge in a salad of burrata cheese, colorful tomatoes and savory salami while it bakes. Then, enjoy your custom pie as the entrée. End by whipping up creamy mascarpone cheese highlighted with bright balsamic berries and fresh mint.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
