In this Hanukkah-inspired cooking class, you’ll welcome the Festival of Lights with an elevated feast that honors the meaning of the holiday. Sip a festive mocktail as you follow along with Chef Patti to prepare a flavor-packed seasonal meal.
You'll elevate your knife skills as you chop, mix and season tomatoes, cucumber and onion in a refreshing Israeli salad. Then, learn to create a crunchy and fragrant herb-infused breading to coat tender fish. For dessert, you’ll pan-fry sufganiyot - traditional fruit-filled donuts.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
