Ganache is a smooth, soft spread made from chocolate and cream, and is often used to fill truffles, sandwich between cookies or to frost cakes. In this cooking class with Chef Zach, you will learn how to make your own chocolate ganache completely from scratch.

Chef Zach will show you how to make three types of ganache infused with different flavors. Start with a caramel ganache, followed by an orange ganache made with real citrus. Your final ganache features a slightly more complex milk chocolate mocha and citron variety.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
