Led by an esteemed chef, this cooking class explores the fun and inventiveness of preparing classic Italian antipasti. Learn how to stuff mushrooms, fry calamari, prepare skewers and mix a creamy tapenade. Sample and take home recipes for bruschetta with olive tapenade and ricotta, calamari fritti and Italian sausage-stuffed mushrooms.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
