You'll begin by turning charred corn and Cotija cheese into an esquites dip, paired with chipotle-lime aioli and served with corn tortilla chips. Next, make a refreshing ceviche with ahi tuna flavored with Mezcal and ginger. Cook savory birria tacos with chili braised beef in corn tortillas topped with salsa verde and onions. A decadent tres leche cake topped with whipped cream serves as a dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
