Cook up the classic dishes you love from your favorite Chinese restaurant.
Take a break from takeout after learning how to recreate your favorite Chinese dishes at home in this cooking class. Learn to make traditional hot and sour soup and perfectly crispy scallion pancakes. You will also achieve the perfect takeout-style chicken complete with a thick honey-based sauce and a generous sprinkling of sesame seeds. Don't forget the lo mein, heavy on the ginger, scallions and tender beef.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
