Begin with classic pork and vegetable potstickers before practicing the art of making soup dumplings filled with pork and a savory broth. Stir fried meat and vegetables are wrapped in a homemade wonton for Shanghai-style egg rolls. For a refreshing treat, Chef Wei will teach you how to make boba pearls for homemade boba tea.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
