In this hands-on class with Chef Warren, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet New Orleans-inspired meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and Cajun and Creole flavor profiles.
Chef Warren will begin by teaching you how to prepare a simple, flavorful, and refreshing cucumber tomato salad as well as sweet, fluffy cornbread from scratch. Then, you will learn how to build layers of flavor in a traditional New Orleans-style jambalaya studded with chicken and shrimp. Lastly, end on a sweet note with homemade bananas Foster for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
