You'll be transported to Spain in this immersive cooking class featuring special edition tapas from Seville. Under the expert guidance of Chef Jay, you'll learn how to prepare three authentic Spanish tapas, perfect for sharing or enjoying as a meal.

Start with patatas bravas, Spanish fried potatoes served with olive oil, brava sauce, garlic, paprika and a splash of cherry vinegar. Next, create enrollado de hongos y espárragos, serrano ham rolls filled with caramelized mushrooms, onions, chives, asparagus, kalamata olives, cilantro and a fig balsamic glaze. Finish with gambas al ajillo, succulent shrimp cooked in garlic-infused olive oil, white wine, smoky paprika, parsley and rosemary.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
