Learn professional cake decorating techniques to creating stunning finishes on two kinds of cake.
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rishika, you'll learn professional techniques for finishing cakes with elegance and flair. As you mix together batter and whip up some buttercream, you'll also learn techniques for decorating with chocolate and more modern cake decorating techniques.
With your pieces ready, you'll first learn how to assemble your cakes and frosting into a trendy three-tiered naked cake. Then, you'll learn how to make silky ganache and a glossy chocolate glaze to pour over your second cake, which you'll finish off with elegant gold flakes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
