If you've ever dreamed of preparing a classic French menu worthy of a Parisian bistro, this cooking class is the place to start. Join a world-class chef who will teach you traditional techniques for blanching, poaching, roasting and sautéeing. You'll prepare pan-roasted tarragon chicken, fresh asparagus with poached eggs and lardons and a decadent Grand Marnier soufflé with chocolate sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
