In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll create a spectacular French menu. Chef Florence will share all the techniques, tips and tricks to make sure you can recreate this menu at home with newly found confidence.

As the centerpiece of the menu, you will cook a moist chicken breast served with a delicious creamy white wine sauce, accompanied by crispy potatoes. To finish this delicious feast, you will master the art of a magnificent vanilla crème brûlée. Book a class to savor!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
