Raise the flag for a hearty culinary celebration of French freedom!
Enjoy an interactive cooking class that brings the heart of French independence to the table. Traditional dishes like airy cheese puffs, seared scallops in luxurious brown butter sauce, endive and radicchio salad and authentic crème brûlée become simple-to-master lessons taught by your valiant instructor extraordinaire.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
