In this hands-on class, you'll use high-quality ingredients to make a meal straight out of the Caribbean, beginning with Jamaican beef patty. You'll also learn how to make jerk chicken wings with jerk sauce and Caribbean citrus slaw, escovitch snapper served with rice, peas and fried plantains as well as a beautifully tart key lime pie topped with whipped cream and candied lime zest.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
