Charcuterie Board Challenge

About

Get your gang in on preparing and arrange charcuterie boards right in your own workplace.

Spark a friendly charcuterie contest with your group in this on-site team building class with Chef Daniel. He'll teach you everything you need to know about assembling charcuterie boards, then lead you in a competition to see who can build the best board.

Enjoy a lesson in the basics of charcuterie, including how to expertly slice meats and cheeses and choose condiments and accompaniments, then sit back as Chef Daniel shows you how to make stunning salami roses and conducts a wine pairing. Next, your crew will break into smaller teams and try to outdo each other to see who wins the crown for the best charcuterie board.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
