In this hands-on class with Chef Federico, you and your team will learn how to prepare a classic three-course Italian dinner menu featuring an authentic, homemade bolognese sauce that might even be better than Nonna's.
You will begin by learning how to take a humble package of ground beef and transform it into something worthy of the finest dinner party with an irresistible silkiness and a deep, meaty flavor. You can also look forward to learning how to prepare a batch of baked stuffed vegetables and a traditional homemade Italian tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
