In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn from Chef Warren as you work together to create a hearty, three-course meal featuring popular Latin American dishes using traditional ingredients and techniques.
Start with crisp and salty homemade tortilla chips paired with creamy guacamole and fresh salsa. For the main course, develop depth of flavor in a rich red sauce to pour over classic chicken enchiladas with a traditional side of black beans and rice. For dessert, make your own churros coated in cinnamon and sugar with chocolate sauce for dipping.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
