About

Gear up for the gold medal of sweet charcuterie in this on-site team building event in your office with Chef Esh-Marie. It's a decadent throwdown where your crew gets the lowdown on making their own dessert board while competing for top prize.

Enjoy a lesson in homemade hot cocoa, then, learn how to cut fruit into neat shapes, make chocolate-covered treats, and prepare and assemble artful collections of chocolates, dipped fruits and other delicious elements. Finally, it's game-on as your group breaks into smaller teams to build their own sweet charcuterie presentations.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Menu

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Demonstrating Knife Cuts for Fruits

Chef demonstrates how to cut various fruits into visually appealing shapes and other presentations

Team Dessert Charcuterie Competition

Ingredient options include fruits, chocolates, cookies, meringues, pretzels, candies, caramels, brownie bites, nuts, brittle and more
