In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Wei will guide you as you learn the traditional techniques to prepare popular dim sum from at home. You will practice making the wrappers and fillings from scratch as well as folding different styles of dumplings.
Begin by preparing hearty pork and vegetable pot stickers followed by savory shumai. Next, you will make homemade wontons for noodle and wonton soup. Finish the meal with a sweet treat as Chef Wei teaches you how to make air fried red bean sesame balls.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
