In this themed hands-on cooking class, Chef Daniel will guide you in preparing recipes that honor the iconic foursome: Blanche, Rose, Sophia and Dorothy. Learn new techniques as you create drinks and dishes inspired by each character.
Begin with Blanche’s “virgin” sloe fizz, a sparkling beverage with berries, mint and juniper. Next, make a cheese ball straight from St. Olaf, and pay homage to Dorothy and Sophia’s Sicilian heritage with a classic Caesar salad and hearty lasagna. For dessert, whip up cheesecake with passion fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
