With pristine direction from Chef Amira during this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to prepare a handful of gourmet recipes. Blending sophistication with Southern comfort, this meal puts an elegant spin on a few classics.
First, you'll make deviled eggs and a crunchy Caesar salad topped with a zesty, made-from-scratch dressing. For the main course, prepare cream cheese-stuffed salmon drizzled in a buttery hollandaise sauce and pair it with garlic mashed potatoes. For dessert, Chef Amira will teach you how to bake a peach cobbler infused with warm spices.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
