Learn the essential techniques to handcraft decadent treats in this interactive team building chocolate-making class where Chef Sima will teach you the basics of tempering chocolate and much more.

Enjoy lemonade and a charcuterie board with cured meats, cheeses and fruit as you make the perfect pralines with whipping cream and cherries. Then, learn the art of ganache as you make a variety of flavors, including raspberry, coffee and brandy, and roll truffles filled with cookies, peanut butter and nuts. Finish the class by playing chocolate games with your team.

For an additional $15 per person, Chef Sima will teach you how to make molding chocolate and build a special chocolate sculpture.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
