Delicately form traditional crêpes completely from scratch in this hands-on French cooking class with Chef Stephanie, where you'll learn classic culinary techniques, use fresh ingredients and create 3 different types of crepe batter. A plain batter, a buckwheat batter and a chocolate crepe batter.
Begin by making the batter with eggs, milk and flour then create four completely different crêpes. Start savory with the flavors of dill and smoked salmon, and ham, creamy Swiss cheese and decadent béchamel sauce. Then go sweet with orange liqueur-infused crêpes Suzette, and luscious strawberry and chocolate crêpes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
