About
Master the flavors and techniques that define French cooking with four world-class recipes.
Tie on your apron and cook your way through the regions of France with four iconic dishes from Chef Vivian and Michi. You'll handcraft these regional favorites using fresh ingredients and smart cooking techniques you'll use again and again.
Begin in Northern France with a ratatouille featuring eggplant, squash, tomatoes and zucchini. For the main course, transport yourself to the coast and prepare a bouillabaisse fish stew with fresh seafood cooked in wine and served with herb-studded buttery rice pilaf. For dessert, a creamy crème brûlée with a delicate crust on top.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
