In this hands-on cooking class, you'll explore the warm, savory, succulent and sweet sauces and spices used in Southeast Asian cooking as you use fresh ingredients to make beloved recipes.
Begin in Indonesia as you prepare classic chicken satay with coconut milk and red curry paste, and cook a Thai favorite of sautéed eggplant, red peppers and basil with your choice of protein. Then, Chef Derrick will teach you how to pan-fry rice with Korean beef bulgogi and kimchi before ending class in Thailand with a sweet sticky rice dessert featuring coconut caramel sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
