Take a culinary journey to the Mediterranean and learn how to cook its traditional dishes.
During this hands-on cooking class, Chef Joy will showcase the bright and vibrant flavors characteristic of the Mediterranean. Five-star chef will teach you tips and tricks for making each course from scratch so you can build your culinary confidence with ease.
Start by baking feta to enjoy with fried pita and an herbed dipping oil. For the entrée, you'll slice and skewer chicken and steak for a souvlaki dish served with a garlic yogurt dip and lemony rice. Finish by preparing a decadent plant-based cheesecake made with cashews, honey, white chocolate and raspberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
