Explore the culture and flavors of Hawaii in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Juan will teach you how to make a feast featuring authentic flavors from around the Hawaiian islands.
To begin the class, you'll learn how to make a traditional Hawaiian poke bowl filled with tonu, sesame seed oil and onion. Then, make shoyu chicken marinated in soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and citrus. Top pork belly onto sushi rice and wrap it in nori to make a savory musubi. Save room for chocolate haupia bars for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
