Learn the delicate balance of a pear salad before preparing the iconic chateaubriand, a tender beef tenderloin crowned with the decadent sauce Colbert. Then, you'll craft a luxurious crème brûlée. This hands-on cooking class promises an immersive experience that celebrates the refined elegance and traditions of French cuisine.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
