Begin by preparing choux pastry, a cornerstone of numerous French treats, including stunning strawberry eclairs finished with a glossy glaze. You’ll brown butter for delicate financiers topped with a fresh raspberry and round out the selection with a buttery crust for colorful fruit galettes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
