Join the talented Chef Shovan in creating a lively menu of fresh and flavorful vegan dishes in this hands-on cooking class, perfect for vegans and non-vegans alike. You'll kick things off with a barley rice salad served with cucumber and zucchini, before making a savory batch of tofu Ricotta canapés, which is the perfect finger food to compliment your main course of stir-fried tofu with broccoli, mushrooms and rice noodles. For dessert, you'll make decadent coconut date balls, using coconut, dates and sea salt.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
