In this hands-on team building cooking class, you and your peers will bond over learning new techniques and enjoying unforgettable, mouthwatering dishes. Chef Frederico will provide his culinary expertise to showcase three Italian recipes that you'll want to recreate as soon as you get home.
To start, you'll work together to whip up a Sicilian-inspired couscous dish made with pesto, fresh mozzarella and sweet peppers. Then, you'll get to make a handmade egg pappardelle pasta served with wild-caught, perfectly cooked tuna and hearty tomato sauce. Save room for strawberry tiramisu!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
