Led by an esteemed chef, you'll begin by creating delicate meringue nests for pavlovas topped with cream and berry compote. Next is a savory cheddar scone recipe with smoked salted butter. You'll also prepare a savory selection of a leek, Gruyère and ham quiche.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
