Learn how to make crispy arancini filled with a roasted tomato chutney. Then, create a homemade pasta dough to make your own fettuccini and ravioli paired with alfredo sauce. Plus, learn how to roast zucchini, squash and peppers as a side. Finally, finish the meal with a decadent tiramisu for dessert layered with lady fingers, coffee and mascarpone.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
