This Harry Potter-inspired cooking class invites you to celebrate the season with a rustic menu fit for the Yule Ball at Hogwarts. Chef Patti, a master of magical cuisine, will guide you through each step, sharing tips and tricks inspired by the Wizarding World.
Kick off the evening with a mug of Three Broomsticks Butterbeer, a comforting drink straight from the beloved wizarding tavern. Then, Chef Patti will lead you through the creation of a captivating feast, starting with elegant roasted red pepper and goat cheese tartlets. Savory apple and sage stuffing and Molly Weasley’s stuffed winter squash showcase fresh ingredients straight from Hagrid’s garden. For a sweet ending, indulge in a Leaky Cauldron favorite: sticky toffee pudding.
