In this team building class, you will learn how to incorporate Cajun spices and classic ingredients with seafood favorites. Your team will begin with preparing jalapeño-stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon, followed by perfectly crispy calamari. Then, learn the techniques to making a traditional Cajun seafood boil that will knock your socks off. End with rolling and frying fluffy New Orleans-style beignets.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
