Discover an Italian dinner party menu that is easy in creation and elegant in presentation.

In this hands-on class with Chef Luis, you will learn how to prepare four traditional Italian dishes that are easy to make and will easily impress your guests.

After beginning with a classic Italian braised veal dish, Chef Luis will teach you how to prepare a chicken saltimbocca that will "jump in the mouth” with flavor as its name suggests. You will also learn how to prepare a shrimp pesto laden with fresh herbs, garlic, and a healthy dose of cheese, as well as a traditional panna cotta for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
