In this hands-on class with Chef Landi, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course menu featuring some of the most popular Italian-American restaurant dishes you'll discover are far better when prepared at home.
The class will start with the famous la Scala salad. Afterward, you'll learn how to brew a feisty batch of vodka sauce for a retro pasta dish that will never go out of style that you'll pair with homemade ravioli. For dessert, bake up a decadent chocolate lava cake complimented with a variety of toppings.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
