Take your penchant for appetizers to the next level with this cooking class. Focusing on fresh flavors and authentic ingredients, this class is led by a gourmet chef. You'll practice frying calamari, toasting bruschetta, stuffing mushrooms, preparing skewers and mixing a creamy tapenade. Recipes include Italian sausage stuffed mushrooms, fried calamari and antipasto skewers.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
