Start by making an Italian crudo, a raw fish dish served with herbs and tomatoes and drizzled with olive oil. Then, make fluffy gnocchi with a rich bolognese made from pork and beef and flavored with fennel and parmesan. On the side, enjoy fennel braised in butter and white wine. Enjoy a decadent butterscotch budino for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
