If you’re looking to make authentic pasta the traditional way, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ridic will guide you through the process step by step. To start, you will learn all the techniques for creating the perfect pillowy pasta dough and crafting it into traditional noodle shapes. Then, you will learn how to create a hearty classic Carbonara sauce, as well as a rich and creamy chicken Alfredo sauce. Soon, you’ll be impressing friends and family alike with these delicious and authentic pasta recipes.
The cooking class is set in a brewery. Ready your aprons for a dash of fun in this pop-up cooking class! Please note that participants must be 21 years old or older.
