In this hands-on baking class, you will be preparing macarons completely from scratch. First, you will learn the science, techniques and skills needed to craft this French specialty, including how to mix and bake a perfectly lightly crunchy macaron shell, and how to prepare three different flavors of ganache — the macaron filling — from scratch, including chocolate, pistachio and chambord.
