To start, you'll top slices of crispy French bread with tart strawberries and creamy goat cheese. Next, cook a stunning rack of lamb and a red wine reduction sauce, which you'll pair with fluffy couscous, broccolini and a fresh zucchini mint purée. Finish by baking up tartlets filled with lemon curd and topped with farm-fresh raspberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
