Enjoy a unique combination of Mexican and Indian cuisine in this interactive cooking class.
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll enjoy the flavors of Mexico and India as Chef Michelle's curated menu fuses Latin and South Asian ingredients to create an exceptional culinary fusion experience.
First, you'll learn how to make aloo roti — Indian "tortillas" filled with potatoes and spices. Then, Chef Michelle will show you how to make chile relleno from scratch with vegan chorizo or carnitas, along with authentic Spanish rice. You'll also sip on mango blended with yogurt with a sweet and salty chamoy rim.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chile Rellenos
With poblano peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and vegan chorizo or carnitas
Spanish Rice
With long-grain rice, white onions, Roma tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and lime
Mango Lassi/Mangonada
A frozen beverage with mango, yogurt, and sweet and salty chamoy
