The satisfying culinary science of molecular gastronomy comes to your home kitchen in this fun, in-person cooking class, courtesy of Chef Rahul. With his guidance, you'll learn gourmet cooking at its most experimental!
Begin your lesson with a classic caprese salad made with garden-fresh heirloom tomatoes. Then, become a food scientist and prepare butternut squash pasta topped with mole sauce and molecular caviar, followed by veal osso buco prepared with burnt vegetable ash and intriguing microbial flavorings. And, no proper Italian meal is complete without the tiramisu that awaits you at lesson's end.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
