In this hands-on team building experience hosted by Chef Federico, you and your group will be divided into four teams, then they'll go head to head to see who can craft the best dish possible with the given ingredients.
Chef Federico will grant each team a mystery basket for each course — one basket for the appetizers, one for the salads, one for the entrée, and one for the dessert. Chef Federico will be available to both teams to answer any questions about kitchen tools and equipment, and basic culinary techniques.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
