You don't have to be a master in the kitchen to create homemade sushi rolls. In this guided sushi-making class with Chef Elham, you will learn how to make your own nigiri and seafood rolls completely from scratch.
Start by cooking spicy edamame topped with sesame seeds. Then, prep perfectly fluffy sushi rice and learn how to roll it with a variety of fillings, from crab to shrimp to spicy tuna. Chef Elham will simplify the process so you can easily recreate the dishes on your own!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
