Learn the tricks of the pasta trade in this cooking class with Chef Ridic. He'll clue you in on the classic techniques for turning basic elements into pasta you'll be proud to serve.
Begin your lesson with bruschetta topped with tomatoes, peppers and goat cheese before preparing a fennel and orange salad. Then, it's onto the main event: Prime pasta prepared by hand in your choice of tagliatelle or gnocchi form, with pesto or Bolognese sauce to top it. Finish up your class with a chocolate and coffee rum cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
