About
Learn how to handcraft one of Italy’s most famous dishes: classic risotto. Chef James is a master of Italian cooking with years of experience that he’s ready to pass on to you for use in your own kitchen.
A selection of antipasti will kick off the class followed by a salad of seasonal greens. For the main event, enjoy risotto made with Carnaroli rice scented with saffron and tossed with fresh Gulf prawns and seasonal vegetables. Your final course is la quesada, a dish similar to cheesecake and flan, paired with local berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
