Mediterranean masterpieces from the great Spanish cookbook take their turn on the table in this exciting in-person cooking class. Let Chef Stacy share her magical methods for making a four-course meal featuring the finest flavors from Spain.
You'll learn time-honored techniques from the region essential for creating olives marinated with tangy citrus, goat cheese croquets topped with herbaceous cilantro sauce and at the center of the table, - a perfect paella peppered with chicken, mussels and chorizo. For the sweet finale, a traditional Seville-style flan as dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
