In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Wei will teach you the traditional techniques to prepare popular dim sum from start to finish, including how to make a popular starter and how to create homemade noodles.
You will begin the meal by making a crowd-pleaser — savory scallion pancakes or pan-fried brown sugar cakes — followed by classic Shanghai noodles featuring stir-fried meat, shrimp and fresh vegetables. Finish the meal with a classic soup studded with vegetables.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
